I hired Think Profits to optimize the SEO of my website. I chose their SEO Bronze Package after meeting with a couple of the company's representatives in their downtown office. They were very professional and introduced their products and services with a half an hour Power Point type presentation. After a couple of weeks of me considering other companies available on the market I chose Think Profits because of the great reviews they had and customer service they had provided thus far.
They have been working on my website for over two months now and I can already see some improvement to organic traffic. They are very easy to contact with questions and concerns. I talk to them on the phone or write an email and usually get almost instant replies.
I took away one star because of the flat set up fee that comes with almost any product /package they have. I think it would be a great incentive for their future customers to maybe offer promotions where they wave that fee or maybe for returning customers...HINT, HINT, HINT!
Otherwise, I fully recommend them to anybody out there struggling with a new e-commerce business or working on a website that needs sprucing up!
