A ThinkProfits Business Advisor will book a 2-4 hour strategy session with your team and ours. You will be emailed our comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy Audit Questionnaire that will help us get acquainted with your company, your goals, and your existing marketing strategy.
Fill in the questionnaire and email it back to us. You don’t have to be perfect, just fill in what you can. Attend your scheduled appointments by video conference or in person. Be receptive to new ideas and strategies. Bring your management team and key decision-makers to the meeting to get the most value from our time together.
Your audit is a team effort. Our expert digital marketing consultants will work hand-in-hand to produce a thorough document using each of our areas of expertise.
A detailed handwritten report and plan, complete with strategy recommendations and a budget summary, vetted and approved personally by our Founder, Shawn Moore.
Each hand-written audit document is delivered electronically via PDF for team distribution as well as one hard-copy paperback. Individual audits typically range from 40-100 pages in length depending on the areas of digital service engagement focus. All audits include a review assessment of each action area of marketing focus, for example, SEO, paid advertising, social media, web design, web user experience, back-office user experience, analytics, and reporting, etc. This may include a visual as well as professional recommendation including detailed issues, fixes, and consulting to resolve said issues. Recommendations also include a realistic budget scope to have a third party resolve the issues. A summary spreadsheet page is included for your complete scope budgeting and tendering purposes.
Mock-ups, ad design creation, and client training manuals are not included. If this is requested, we are happy to provide that for an additional fee.
