There is lots of room for growth in our fast-paced start-up culture, (even though we are over 24 years old). The candidate will report directly to our Project Management Team and be able to grow in an ever-changing digital marketing space environment.

The Role

  • Create, maintain, and optimize successful PPC campaigns to obtain results for both ourselves and our clients using paid search: Develop, implement, launch and monitor PPC campaigns across all digital channels (Including but not limited to Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Amazon)
  • Daily management and optimization of client media-spend budgets, keyword list management, and oversight of ad copy.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to provide keyword recommendations, audience targets, and measurement criteria.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  • Setup Google Tag Manager and Call Tracking software with Google Analytics to measure goal conversions.
  • Strategically collaborate with other team members across social media, web, and SEO, to create and implement seamless integrated online campaigns.
  • Implement fresh PPC solutions on a regular basis
  • Update our PPC checklists to ensure they are accurate with latest industry trends
  • Staying up to date on all industry trends and implement them across our PPC programs
  • Analyze PPC data to consistently bring fresh ideas to the team on how the client can grow their PPC strategy even further.
  • Ensure clients are always staying within budget for all PPC campaigns and making accurate budget recommendations based on clients goals.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Explain PPC results to clients in a way that they understand the ROI

Skills & Requirements

  • Understanding and interest in online marketing, specifically paid media
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communications skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • University degree or relevant college certificate
  • 3-5 years PPC experience for a digital agency or multiple clients.
  • Creative thinking skills and aptitude for new knowledge and best practices
  • Impeccable written and spoken English Strong experience with ad copy development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Docs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong people skills. Able to communicate effectively and present well to clients
  • Data analysis and problem-solving mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely using platforms in Google, Microsoft and Zoom
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills; must be comfortable making decisions with management guidance.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Strong knowledge of all social media platforms (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Google tools (including analytics, tag manager, search console)
  • Strong knowledge of website architecture best practices
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit, with a willingness to ‘roll-up sleeves and work at all levels of the project and make things happen.
  • Strong influencing, coaching, and communication (both written and verbal) skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Must be able to successfully manage and complete multiple tasks within tight time constraints and budgets.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of PPC and Digital Marketing in general
